How to use myUSAmailbox

Step 1: SIGN-UP!
  • Go to the MYUSAMAILBOX web site and Click on REGISTER to become a member of this exclusive service.
  • Read the Terms & Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and FAQ carefully.
  • Completely fill-out the on-line application form and submit.
  • Download form 1583 and submit 2 original copies of the form together with 2 to:

    myUSAmailbox – New Accounts
    eLBC Direct, Inc.
    LBC Hangar
    General Aviation Center, Domestic Airport Compound
    Domestic Road, Pasay City, 1301
    Philippines

  • Your Unique personal USA Address and Account Number will then be generated. You can view your USA address by logging in the web site and click MY ACCOUNT in the MENU.
  • You will expect an e-mail confirmation of your application and/or a phone call from our customer service representative to confirm your account opening. We may ask for additional documentation and/or information as needed.
  • If you don't receive a mailbox number, please email us for your ID. There are times when the server goes down for routine maintenance during the day. With your own USA address, you become a "virtual US resident", allowing you to receive packages and documents. From your address, these packages and documents can then be sent to you in the Philippines.
Step 2: USE YOUR ADDRESS!
  • As part of the privileges of being a "US resident", you are now capable to shop in Internet sites that ship only within the US or who don't ship internationally. You can then have your packages shipped to your USA address given to you by MYUSAMAILBOX, which will then forward to you to your desired destination in the Philippines.
  • Tell people about your address. You can then receive your letters, documents and other packages sent to your US address, as if you were a resident of that country! You can use this address as shipping address when ordering from mail order catalogues, auctions, magazines, etc.
Step 2: SHIPPING!
  • Immediately after ordering from a US web site, go to the MYUSAMAILBOX web site and click the PLACE SHIPMENT button in the MENU. Follow these simple steps when filling out the form:

    1. Select type of service:

    Air Cargo
    Sea Cargo

    2. Select destination:

    Metro Manila
    Luzon
    Visayas
    Mindanao

    3. Indicate item quantity, description, box shipping size (Length, Width, Height), package shipping weight and declared value.
  • Click COMPUTE after filling-out all the required fields to compute for the shipping charges.
  • You can input as many items as you wish. Once you’re done inputting the items, click CHECKOUT to proceed to complete the shipping request process and to confirm your request for shipment of the package. You will be given a transaction number at the end which you will use to track your package.
  • Once your package has arrived at your (US) address, we will reassess your package. We will also notify you through e-mail if there are some discrepancies or problems such as No Invoice/Value, Items not allowed to be shipped, damaged items or packaging, etc before we finally forward to you. We will compute your FINAL shipping charges and send you an e-mail billing before forwarding your mails and packages to its final destination.
  • Upon arrival of your packages in the Philippines, you will be informed of your packages and mails to be delivered to you door-to-door to your preferred address.
  • You can check the status of your package by logging in the web site and click MY TRANSACTION in the MENU.
